The Basics...

Ok, this is my Homepage. You can find a little info, some pics, you know, the basics. So enjoy!

My Inspiration

My inspiration to do this Website was because of my strong love of wrestling. From the day my brother showed me my very first wrestling match, Kane vs. Rob Van Dam, I think, I knew, deep down in my gut, that it would not be long before I became an addict. So as time past , I reckognized that for a girl as young as I, I really did have pretty good knowledge of Website design. So I started making Websites, and soon found it was a passion for me just as strong as wrestling had grown to be. So if ya put two and two together... But really, I did this Website because I truly love wrestling and all those performers who are brave enough to take part in it. So thanks for visiting my Website, it really makes me happy.

Backlash 2004

As most of you know, on April 18, 2004, WWE held its yearly PPV event, Backlash. And, oh boy, this was gonna be one hell of a Backlash considering the extremely exciting matches that were being held. These matches include, in order:

  1. Shelton Benjamin vs. Ric Flair
  2. Tajiri vs. Coach
  3. La Resistance vs. Hurricane and Rosey
  4. Chris Jericho vs. Trish Stratus and Christian
  5. Lita vs. Victoria
  6. Mick Foley/Cactus Jack vs. Randy Orton
  7. Edge vs. Kane
  8. Chris Benoit vs. Shawn Micheals vs. Triple H

Shelton Benjamin vs. Ric Flair

Why does the outcome of the match not surprise me one freakin' bit? Simple: Shelton Benjamin is young, energetic, swift-Ric Flair is...not. I don't mean to offend any of you Ric Flair fans, but don't you think Ric Flair is on a losing streak? I mean, he's old, saggy, slow...Oh, did I say saggy? No ofense, Ric, but, for the well being of your pride and what you've accomplished so far in life, please, with all due respect, retire.

For those of you who haven't caught on yet, Benjamin won.

Tajiri vs. Coach

Well...I'm not a big fan of either of these guys, but in this match 'round, I have to admit I was rooting for Tajiri. Well, it did burst my bubble when Coach won, but, in a sense, I still don't think Coach could do much harm to any one. I mean, it was a little obvious Coach would probably have lost, had it not been for Garrison Kade coming out to save his butt...but Coach still did give me a shock when the match first started and Coach managed to throw some pretty good defense and grapple moves. Congrats, Coach, you did surprise the world.

La Resistance vs. Hurricane and Rosey

Oh, the hilarity of this match. La Resistance, yet again failed to overcome the caped crusader and his fat companion, with a special thanks to Eugene. Why does Eugene always show up in matches between these two tag teams? I am suspecting that Eugene is smarter than we think and that he is being bribed by the the two S.H.I.T s to interrupt their matches to help them win...Mmmmmhhh...this could get interesting...

Chris Jericho vs. Trish Stratus and Christian

Ahhh...This match is pure justice. I never really liked Jericho, but that was mostly because of his feud with Shawn Micheals. My opinion changed on him, though, when I saw his soft side when he fell head over heels in love with Trish. Who doesn't like a nice romance? When Christian appeared in the picture, I already hated him, but I came to hate him even more after what he and Trish, usually one of my favorite Divas, did to Jericho. Well, this match was beautiful in my eyes. Jericho won with flying colors.

Lita vs. Victoria

Dear me, this was one of the best Diva matches I've seen, considering the fact that I am a fan of both these Divas. It was hard to choose which Diva I was rooting for, so I simply settled to both and watched the match, one minute cheering on Lita, the other cheering on Victoria. As it turns out Victoria won the match, but then both the Divas were viciously attacked by Ms. Baldy(Molly Holly) and Gail Kim. Well, it was easy to see why Molly Holly would be out there poundin' up the two Divas, not to mention former-tag team partners, but I wonder what possessed Gail Kim to follow her. We all know Molly wants the belt, but whats in it for Gail?

Mick Foley/Cactus Jack vs. Randy Orton

Naturally, I'm not the bigest fan of Randy Orton, but during this match I started to feel sorry for him. Poor pretty boy Orton was all bloodied up, his face from barb wire, his balls probly in the same condition, his back laden and punctured with thumbtacks...Oh, this was a match, but it was not a match between Randy Orton and the Mick Foley I knew, respected and admired so well. It was between man and a beast. With an RKO on the barb-wired stick Mic likes to call Barby, Orton got the one, two, three and won the match to the hands of his fellow Evolution members to help him out the ring and to the hospital. How Orton won, I do not know. How he survived, I don't know either. All I know is that this match was a turning point in Orton's life. When Orton walked in that ring, that night, he walked in Randy Orton, the lengend killer , but when he walked out, he walked out Randy Orton, the living legend. He will never be the same again.

Edge vs. Kane

Well, well, well, here come another hard-to-decide-which-one match. I am a very devoted Edgehead, but a very devoted Kane-n-nite as well, so again I was left rooting for them both. But in this match, my heart pounded and sweat ran down my forehead as I watched these two in combat. Kane was one of the first wrestlers I had seen, he was the only wrestler whose name I'd remebered when I first began to watch wrestling, he was important to my relation to wrestling. Edge on the other hand was equally important. But, in my gut I knew that this match would be Kane's, if only-if only- Edge hadn't gone and used that damned cast. With a clothesline to the head with the blasted object Edge pinned Kane, 1...2...3! And it was over.

Chris Benoit vs. Shawn Micheals vs. Triple H

I am not a big fan of Triple H, but I am a big fan of Benoit's and Micheal's. So again, I decided that I would be happy if either one of them won, as long as Triple H did not. Well, this was an exciting match, extremely exciting...so exciting in fact that I swore that for the first second I saw Shawn Micheals tap out, my heart was out of my chest with happiness, mixed with fury at Micheals for tapping out. Fine I admitt, I like HBK more than Benoit, but, oh well. But I swear that I saw Shawn Micheals smile at Tripl.e H when he tapped out, and that could only mean...Oh well, no basking in the past.

All of these comments are strictly my own person thoughts set here for your amusement. They are no more than that.

Real sorry, but I have stuff like school and homework. Hopefully, though I will be able to over the Summer Vacation, but meanwhile, no fears, fore I shall find the time to update regularly for Smackdown! and Raw PPVs.
